* Location:

Andover, MA(Onsite)
*** Accounting and reporting for the US entity in compliance with official guidelines and requirements.
* Completion of management accounts to strict deadlines.
* Manage journal entries, intercompany recharges and reconcile accounts for the monthly or annual closing.
* Maintaining balance sheet reconciliation.
* Liaise with operations and ensure Sales Tax is invoiced correctly.
* Support Spectris Group Tax for Federal, State and City tax.
* Supporting in variance analysis for senior finance management and business partners
* Point of contact during local audit processes.
* Supporting the annual stock takes by operations.
* Interact with Global Finance team and align with standard global processes.
* Other ad-hoc duties
* Relevant accounts experience (including IFRS)
* Experience with US sales tax
* A pro-active mindset to deliver results
* Knowledge of business processes and transactions,
* Strong Excel skills and business system understanding
* A degree in Finance or Accounting
* SAP 4H experience is advantageous
