Recruitment Consultant, Finance & AccountingOur client, a leading restaurant investment and operating group, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join its collaborative and entrepreneurial team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine financial planning expertise with hands‑on exposure to senior leadership in a dynamic environment that values growth and innovation.
About the RoleThe FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis across multiple restaurant brands. This position will focus on P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, while partnering closely with leadership to monitor performance and drive strategic decisions. The role offers high visibility and the chance to work directly with the CEO and senior team in a flat organizational structure.
Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and performance monitoring
- Work with offshore accounting resources and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to a small, agile finance team where flexibility and initiative are essential
- 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles
- Completed Bachelors degree in finance or accounting related discipline preferred
- Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Restaurant industry experience is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- While this is a remote role, candidates must be Northeast-based with flexibility for occasional in-person meetings
