A Day in Your Life at MKS
As a Principal Operations Financial Analyst at MKS Inc., you will partner with VSD Global Operations to drive financial data analysis of the division's global operations footprint. In this role, you will report to the Finance Director, VSD Global Operations.
You Will Make an Impact By- Driving monthly metrics and scorecard consolidation for VSD factories
- Drive FP&A activities for VSD HQ Operations and centralized Operations functions
- Develop models for Direct and Indirect Labor across our operations footprint
- Use Power
BI to build models and tell the story behind the data - Drive consolidation of quarterly requirements including, but not limited to, E&O and division reserve reviews
- Support factory close process as needed
- Travel Requirements:
Minimal travel will be required
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 7+ years of relevant experience in a finance role providing financial analysis to drive key business decisions, ideally in a complex manufacturing environment
- Systems experience, including, but not limited to: SAP/Oracle, Hyperion, HFM, Excel, and data visualization tools (i.e., Power
BI or Tableau) - Ability to work effectively with a global and remote team with diverse backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interpret and summarize financial results in a clear, concise, accurate manner
- Experience collaborating with factory cost accounting teams
- Previous experience implementing process improvements while influencing without having authority
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
- Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
- Must be able to exchange accurate information
- The ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
- Operates in a professional office environment
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Noise level in the work environment is usually average
This position is Hybrid and must be within commutable distance to our location in Andover MA. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

Compensation and Benefits- Salary Pay Range: $100, per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
