** Our two-year Finance Leadership Rotational Program is designed for ambitious, high-potential graduates eager to make an impact from day one. Through two immersive, 12-month rotations— potential rotations could include Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Internal Audit and Americas FP&A —you’ll gain hands-on experience across critical areas of our business, collaborate with senior leaders, and develop the skills needed for a successful long-term career.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
*** Participate in a structured two-year rotational program across Commercial Finance, Operations Finance, Internal Audit and Americas FP&A functions.
* Evaluate internal controls, financial processes, and compliance with company policies through testing, process walkthroughs, documentation review, and interviews with business partners.
* Assist with internal audit activities including risk assessments, control testing, audit documentation, remediation tracking, and process improvement recommendations.
* Partner with process owners and business leaders to identify opportunities to improve controls, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
* Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including journal entries, reporting, and analysis of financial results.
* Assist in the preparation of management reporting packages, forecasts, annual operating plans (AOP), and strategic planning activities.
* Provide reporting and analysis of performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted, and strategic planning results to support business decision-making.
* Support budgeting and forecasting activities through expense tracking, variance analysis, and identification of risks and opportunities.
* Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis in support of business initiatives, capital investments, and operational performance.
* Collaborate with finance leaders, operational teams, and corporate partners to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Analyze cost structures, including labor, materials, and overhead, to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
