Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the beauty industry while working alongside experienced professionals. As a Salon Apprentice, you will assist in various salon operations, enhance your skills in hair, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Assist licensed stylists with hair services including glazing, toning, blow-drying and styling.
- Learn and apply techniques in hair extensions:
Keratin tip, Tape in and Sew in Wefts. - Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the team in upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of color theory and current beauty trends.
- Available every Saturday from 7:45AM to 4:15PM
- Available to start work March 1st
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge of hair styling and color theory is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to take initiative and assist in store management tasks as needed.
- Previous experience or training in beauty services is advantageous but not mandatory.
