Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. This full‑time, salaried position offers a stable schedule and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the communication and developmental success of our students.
About The Organization:
Join a well‑established private non‑profit providing long‑term, specialized educational and residential services for children and young adults with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. This school serves students ages 6–22, offering an individualized behavioral approach in a supportive, team‑based environment.
- Provide individualized speech and language therapy for students with developmental, cognitive, and behavioral challenges
- Utilize AAC systems, manual communication, and dysphagia interventions
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavior analysts, and educators
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and evaluate progress
- Support communication goals across educational and residential settings
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology (from an approved program)
- CCC‑SLP certification from ASHA
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
- Experience or interest in AAC, manual communication, and working with students with autism or developmental delays

- Salary: $90,000–$105,500 per year
