Senior Director, Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)

Responsibilities- Define and lead the global HEOR strategy aligned with commercialization, market access, and clinical development plans.
- Serve as subject matter expert for HEOR across the organization, influencing strategic decisions for pricingrestrx reimbursement and product differentiation.
- Design and oversee real‑world evidence (RWE) studies, cost‑effectiveness analyses, budget impact models, and patient‑reported outcomes research.
- Develop payer dossiers, AMCP submissions, and HTA packages for global markets.
- Partner with Market Access and Sales to support field health economic activities and market access strategies.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to integrate HEOR insights into product development and lifecycle management.
- Build relationships with HEOR key opinion leaders, payers, HTA bodies, and policy makers globally.
- Advanced degree (PhD, Pharm
D, MS) in Health Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related discipline. - 10+ years of experience in HEOR within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years guidaning a leadership role.
- Proven track record in global market access and reimbursement strategies.
- Expertise economic modeling, RWE, and outcomes research methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Base compensation range: $180,000–$250,000 USD annually (based on qualifications).)
