Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district’s Behavioral Support Team. The BCBA will work closely with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
- Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
- Create and maintain data collection systems
- Provide in‑class support and staff training
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Design classroom‑based interventions and post‑vention plans
- BCBA certification (BACB)
- Licensed through MA DESE
- Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school‑based consultation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
