ANNA Autism Care is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led team in Andover, MA. This full-time position offers a base salary of $85,000–$115,000 per year plus monthly bonuses, a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday, and no travel or late shifts.
You will oversee a small, mission-driven team, deliver NDBI-based ABA therapy to Autistic children under 6, and contribute to family training and data-driven care.
