Regulatory Compliance Specialist, HRIS Specialist, HR Generalist / Talent Management
Location: Andover, MA
Salary: $120,000–$130,000 Annually
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with 4% match, Flex PTO; some positions may include a discretionary bonus or Performance Share Units.
We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support the design, analysis, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation and employee benefits programs. This role partners with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external vendors to provide data-driven recommendations and ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant Total Rewards programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct compensation analysis, market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations
.Support salary structures, job architecture, career levels, geographic differentials, and compensation guidelines.
Analyze pay equity, internal equity, pay compression, salary progression, and market trends
.Support annual compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, and incentive programs.
Develop compensation models, forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses.
Analyze benefit enrollment, utilization, costs, claims, and employee trends
.Support benefits renewals, open enrollment, plan changes, and employee communications.
Partner with benefits vendors, brokers, consultants, and carriers.
Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and workforce analytics using HR systems and business-intelligence tools.
Maintain HR data integrity and perform audits, reconciliations, and data-quality reviews.
Support compliance with FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, equal-pay, and pay-transparency requirements
.Present compensation, benefits, and workforce insights to HR and business leadership.
Support special projects including pay-equity reviews, benefit evaluations, job architecture, and HR technology initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or a related analytical role.
Experience with
compensation benchmarking, market pricing, job evaluation, and salary structures
.Working knowledge of employee benefits administration.
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills
, including pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formulas, and analytical modeling.Experience with HRIS, compensation-management, or benefits-administration systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential employee information.
SAP Success Factors or comparable HRIS experience.
Power BI or similar visualization tools.
Experience with annual compensation planning, pay equity, benefits renewals, or open enrollment.
Experience with compensation modeling, workforce forecasting, or incentive analysis.
Experience with AI-enabled analytics and workflow automation.
CCP, CBP, CEBS, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
