Project Manager, IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead medium-to-large scale projects that drive business success. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

• Define scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with business management and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans that outline scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timelines.
• Identify and manage project dependencies, deliverables, and critical path.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and produce requirements documentation, including gathering business, functional, and system requirements from stakeholders, or overseeing requirements definition by a vendor or in-house business analyst.
• Ensure sign-off and acceptance of project goals and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and changes to scope, timeline or budget.
• Create and manage projects and resource plans.
• Own and execute project communications including kick-off, regular project status updates, meetings, and changes to project scope, timelines, risks, etc.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Delegate appropriate tasks and responsibilities to project participants.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct project retrospective and ensure that all tasks and close-out steps are completed successfully on the project.

• 3+ years managing medium-to-large, complex projects
• Ability to manage multiple small to medium projects concurrently
• Strong interpersonal skills, experience with negotiations, and vendor management
• A skilled communicator with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Project management and analytical skills
• Experience with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies
  
  Ability to grasp new concepts and technology quickly
• 2+ years managing projects with vendor partners

We are dedicated to attracting and retaining top talent with competitive and fair compensation. The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $115,000.
