OverviewClient is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale modernization initiatives across Brokerage Recordkeeping and alerting/notification platforms. This role owns cross‑functional planning, execution, and governance, while ensuring program alignment with enterprise architecture, regulatory requirements, and strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑year modernization and digital transformation programs
- Manage planning, execution, release activities, and measurable business outcomes
- Oversee Agile and hybrid delivery across enterprise application ecosystems
- Coordinate business, product, technology, architecture, and vendor teams
- Act as strategic advisor to leadership—presenting roadmaps, KPIs, and program updates
- Drive alignment and prioritization across business and IT
- Support modernization of legacy platforms and adoption of cloud, digital, and API architecture
- Manage enterprise dependencies, change control, and governance plans
- Partner with architects on strategic integration points and future‑state architecture
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and risk requirements
- Contribute to data governance, operational readiness, and platform interoperability
- Drive program culture emphasizing collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years in software development environments
- 5+ years project/program delivery across multiple teams and domains
- Strong experience with Digital transformation, Cloud modernization, Enterprise architecture integration, Platform modernization
- Prior experience within Financial Services (brokerage preferred)
- Experience managing enterprise‑scale, multi‑dependency initiatives
- Hands‑on familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Strong matrix leadership and stakeholder influence across business and IT
- PMP
- PMI‑ACP
- SAFe SPC
- Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences
- Ability to influence in complex organizational environments
- Strong ownership, initiative, and decision‑making capability
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, risk, and shifting priorities
- Executive presentation and stakeholder alignment skills
