Kforce has a client in need of a ERP Transformation Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Finance workstream of the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, including inflight AP/AR initiatives and future-state finance systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring accountability and transparency.
• Oversee vendor and contract management, ensuring deliverables are met and budgets are maintained.
• Maintain continuity of finance operations (-keep the lights on-) while driving transformation.
• Ensure service-oriented architecture principles are followed across finance systems.
• Provide hands-on program management, including detailed planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and operational teams.
• Hold vendors accountable for delivery, quality, and scope

Primary Skills:

• 10-15 years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on Finance and ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of finance operations (AP, AR, Atoning); FP and A experience not required
• Experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors/consultants
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to challenge and guide consulting partners to ensure value delivery
• Experience working in regulated or life sciences environments is a plus
