• Develop and lead strategy for Patriot Missile GEM‑T Localization and Offset projects in support of global demand and growth.
• Collaborate with Patriot Missile Program teams, RTX Global Industrialization team and Patriot Missile Partner Nation customers to execute Localization and Offset projects.
• Interface with Patriot Missile Product line and Global Patriot Leadership teams.
• Oversee all projects IMS, MPS and EAC performances and brief at Senior Leadership and Executive levels.
• Lead Program Reviews, including agreed–upon financial reporting requirements, Program Reviews, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 50% and potential deployment).

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, OR advanced degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and Data Management.
• Experience with international program execution including Localization and Offset programs.

• Experience with Patriot Product Line (PPL) Team and/or the GEM‑T Missile product line.
• Program Management Level 6 certification (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within a year.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑functional teams, driving productivity improvement and efficiencies using CORE Six Sigma, lean practices and similar analytical improvement methods.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Project, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Security clearance required; DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services handles the process.
• Salary range: 147,000 USD – 295,000 USD (good faith estimate).
