Come build your future with us!# # About the Role As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a team dedicated to keeping our communities safe, beautiful, and fully operational. This role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure resident satisfaction and property preservation.#

The Maintenance Supervisor at The Slate at Andover is eligible for a 100% apartment allowance if living on-site.# What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus.## ## Property Maintenance
* Oversee and perform maintenance repairs across the property.
* Schedule and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
* Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.## ## Operations
* Manage service requests using Yardi or similar software.
* Maintain budgets and inventory for maintenance supplies.
* Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.## ## Team Leadership
* Lead and develop a diverse maintenance team.
* Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification is required.
* Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification strongly preferred. Associates hired without a CPO certification will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire.
* Three or more years’ hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
* Supervisory experience required.
* Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
* Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
* Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
