Pay Rate: $37 per hour
Shift: 8am-8pm

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight team in Andover, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents and patients during the night shift, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patients’ conditions promptly
  
  Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
• Uphold all facility policies and comply with state and federal regulations

• Active LPN license in the State of Massachusetts (in good standing)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or a clinical setting preferred
• Excellent communication, observation, and time management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently overnight

• Full-time or part-time availability on the 8a-8p
• $37 per hour
