Job Summary:

Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Supplier Quality Data Analyst to join the Operations Quality Team in Andover, MA. The Manufacturing Supplier Quality Data Analyst will transform supplier‑related data into actionable insights. This role will focus on data for incoming material quality, Supplier floor escapes, risk identification, and continuous improvement. The analyst will help to ensure robust data visibility to drive quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the value stream and identify systemic engagement opportunities.

What You Will Do Collect, and analyze supplier quality data from multiple systems, and perform trend analysis to identify systemic supplier issues and support root-cause investigation

Partner with Operations and Supplier Quality Engineers to support risk assessments by providing data‑driven insights into supplier capability, stability, and historical performance

Propose data improvements through enhanced data governance, standardized metrics, and process automation

Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.

Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring accuracy of nonconformances, robust root-cause analysis, and corrective solutions are fully implemented.

Communicate supplied part issues impacting the factory to suppliers and stakeholders.

Assist with quarantine, containment and screening of suspect defective supplied hardware.

Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or other technical field of study, and five (5) years related experience

Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes

Experience in data analytics, identifying trends and creating action plans

Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings
