Overview

We are hiring immediately for a full time GRILL COOK position.

• Schedule:
  
  Full time;
  Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement:
  Prior high-volume upscale dining experience is required.
• Pay Range: $20.00 per hour to $22.50 per hour.

• Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable standards to ensure high-quality food service.
• Takes orders from customers and completes items requiring short preparation; serves customers efficiently and maintain appropriate serving temperatures and presentation.
• Follows established ticket-collection procedures; maintains records from area worked during service.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, proper portions and serving temperatures.
• Maintains equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition; sanitizes as required.
• Resolves customer concerns and communicates needs to supervisor; participates in safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers; performs other duties as assigned.

• Prior high-volume upscale dining experience is required.
• Ability to work early shift hours and a full-time schedule.
