Job Description

In office position working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team. As a Sales Admin you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting sales proposals for potential customers and corporate contracts.

• Provide support to our sales representatives with their day-to-day responsibilities
• Process sales orders received directly from customers or partners
• Provide daily follow-up and status to the sales team on new customer orders
• Manage reporting for sales metrics
• Operate our CRM system and various customer pricing models
• Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system and excel

On the job

• Must have 1+ years of office administrative experience required
• College Degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
