Position: Entry Level Sales or Recruiting
Location: Andover, MA (on‑site Monday‑Friday)
Pay: Base salary + uncapped commission potential

Who We’re Looking For: A focused, competitive, and hardworking individual who excels in creating opportunities and building relationships. As an entry‑level Recruiter or Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to meet client needs across diverse industries.
Responsibilities
- Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling
- Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands
- Maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize CRM tools, Linked In, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence
- Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent
- Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
Account Executive Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting
- Use interpersonal skills to develop, maintain, and close new business opportunities
- Nurture and grow long‑term relationships with new clients
- Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
- Identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
- Understand business needs of clients and their ideal candidate profile
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
- Negotiate pay rates effectively
- Partner collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, especially on the phone
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem‑solving abilities
