Overview

Northeast Security Inc. is seeking a Weekend Security Supervisor for the Andover, MA area. The position is part‑time, with weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday. Pay is $22.70 per hour.

• Supervise a staff of security officers, ensuring officers stay on task, maintain full uniform, and provide excellent customer service.
• Patrol multiple premises to detect irregularities, suspicious behavior, or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Operate mobile units to monitor exterior premises and conduct foot patrols.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Maintain patrol vehicle, ensuring routine or corrective maintenance.
• Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns and request assistance.

• Minimum 2 years of security experience; 5 years of previous work history with ability to explain gaps; 10 years of housing history.
• Completed drug screening.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass pre‑employment background and drug screening.
• Dependable means of transportation; professional appearance.
