Are you a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety and security? Join our team as a Security Officer and play a critical role in safeguarding people, property, and assets. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing a secure environment for our clients.

No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

We have openings on mainly 2nd and 3rd shift, both full and part time opportunities available.

Locations can vary by client site.



Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client facilities.
• Perform regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical, fire, and other incidents.
• Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
• Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required.
• Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Previous administrative or reception work is mandatory
• High level of professionalism
• Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time
• Moderate level of computer knowledge needed
• Comfortable greeting and talking to new people
• MUST have GED or HS Diploma
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
