Reframe Systems is on a mission to deliver net‑zero carbon housing  first software‑driven factory in Andover, MA is pioneering a new approach to modular housing—combining advanced manufacturing with sustainable design.

We’re looking for an entry level Carpenter to join our growing team. This role focuses on building and assembling modular housing components—ranging from framing and sheathing to installation of doors, windows, and structural elements. You’ll contribute to both factory production and on‑site assembly, ensuring our homes are strong, accurate, and built to last.

• Perform carpentry tasks in a controlled factory setting and on residential job sites.

• Frame and assemble wall, floor, and roof components using standardized methods.

• Assist to install doors, windows, subfloors, sheathing, and other structural or enclosure elements.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure assemblies are accurate, consistent, and ready for follow‑on trades.

• Interpret shop and construction drawings to guide accurate builds and installations.

• Operate saws, nailers, routers, and other woodworking tools safely and efficiently.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure assemblies meet company standards.

• Maintain clean, organized work spaces and follow all safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ years of carpentry experience a plus.

• Experience in framing, sheathing, and installation of windows, doors, and related assemblies a plus.

• Comfortable reading drawings and measuring to tight tolerances.

• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions for extended periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.

• Team‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

• Primary work location:
  Reframe’s factory in Andover, MA.

• Physical demands include standing, lifting, bending, and handling materials/tools.

• Some overtime or weekend work may be required to meet production schedules.
