Assistant Residential Manager

American Training Inc, a non‑profit Human Services Agency, is seeking a full‑time Assistant Residential Manager for our beautiful residential homes in Andover, MA.

Tuesday–Saturday 3 p.m.–11 p.m.;
Sunday–Thursday 3 p.m.–11 p.m.

• Assist and guide colleagues to complete required documentation on medical, behavioral, and community goals from their Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Support residents in their day‑to‑day life to achieve personal goals.
• Act as a liaison between residents, families, health‑care providers, and colleagues to ensure excellent quality of care.
• Monitor medical and clinical needs of residents.
• Rotate on‑call responsibility with the Program Manager, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Foster an environment of empowerment and choice for all residents.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma
• At least 1 year of experience working in human services with people who have disabilities
• MAP Certified or ability to pass MAP Course
• Flexibility with hours
• Valid state driver’s license and personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required)
• Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting
