Your starting point will be continuous development of recently released products as a part of the R&D organization, and with the long-term plan to transition towards innovation.

You will join the team consisting of highly skilled engineers and you will collaborate closely with colleagues with different specialist backgrounds operating on various technologies such as microprocessors, soft cores, FPGA and SoC in an agile environment.

• Evaluating the architectures for the firmware for the new features and solutions
• Define firmware requirements for requirement management tool and run feasibility studies
• Ensuring Architecture escalations within the domain when needed
• Guardrailing the technical solutions for the firmware including the tools used for development
• Ensuring the architecture documentation is in place with local and global teams also in respect to platform
• Cross functional collaboration to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality firmware releases

• Create bridges between organizations and their architecture helping them see the big picture and delivering an integrated landscape of products

• Understanding of firmware architecture in the embedded environment with combination of ARM and FPGA environment
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems
• Knowledge of digital control systems
• Experience or knowledge in communication protocols, signal processing, and/or tool chains
• Experience with embedded Linux, GIT, VHDL, Python, or FPGA is advantageous
• Previous involvement in the development of innovative and groundbreaking digital products is also advantageous
• Understanding of cybersecurity solutions for embedded systems (i.e. secure boot, CRA, signing)

• Bachelor’s (Master’s a plus) degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, or equivalent

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration
• Capability to grow in a multicultural environment is key
• Proficiency in English
• Structured and organized way of work

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience from domain of power conversion is a plus

• Position doesn’t include frequent travel
