Aras Development is responsible for developing, testing, supporting and maintaining a suite of applications based on the Aras Innovator development framework. We are a process-oriented team with a focus on core engineering principles. Our team of Software Solutions Engineers identifies and solves problems in the open development framework of Aras Innovator.

At the core, a Software Solutions Engineer is a Software Developer, yet a solutions engineer is the jack of all trades in our team.

• Participate in collecting and defining requirements.
• Develop and test product features.
• Customize the product for customers.
• Establish and document procedures for new software features.

The main required quality of the candidate is versatility. A solution engineer must be prepared to develop a wide range of skills and apply them to a variety of challenges in a single week.

• Experience with C# and JavaScript.
• Experience with web application development.
• Experience with SQL.

While you may not have all required skills at the start, you will learn and apply them on the job.

Must be located within 45 miles of the Andover, MA office. Hybrid schedule:
Wednesday & Thursday in‑office.
