Job Description:

Andover,MA(north of Boston) - Must be onsite 2-3days per week to collaborate with manager and architect

Oneyear.

Duties in Short:
- Frontend Technical Lead to guide the architecture, development, and delivery of modern web applications and digital platforms.
- The role combineshands-on engineering with technical leadership to deliver secure, scalable,accessible, and high-performing user experiences.
- The successful candidate will provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, architects, backend engineers, and Dev Ops teams across our global organization.
- Sr React Developer that can stand alone with no support and take direction from senior engineer and senior architect and intimately know how to accomplish the needed work.
- The role is tiedto a new platform and installing a portal for internal engagement and use bythe company business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead frontendarchitecture and development using ReactJS and Type Script.
- Define engineering standards, reusable patterns, code quality practices, and technical guardrails.
- Partner with UXdesigners to deliver intuitive, responsive, and accessible experiences using
Figma and shared design systems. - Integrate applications with REST and GraphQL APIs, including Node.js backend-for-frontendservices where appropriate.
- Drive CI/CD,automated testing, observability, performance, security, and production reliability.
- Resolve complex technical issues and proactively manage technical debt.
- Mentor engineers through technical coaching, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with global product, architecture, platform, and business teams to deliver enterprise digital solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of software development experience, including experience as a Technical Lead orsenior technical contributor.
- Advanced expertise in ReactJS, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, component architecture, andstate management.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications with strong knowledge of performance, scalability, accessibility, and secure development.
- Experience integrating REST and/or GraphQL APIs; working knowledge of Node.js is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and modern Dev Ops practices.
- Ability to influence technical decisions, communicate clearly, and lead across teams in an Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with
Next.js, micro-frontends, monorepos, design systems, or reusable component libraries. - Experience with Azure, Azure Dev Ops, Terraform, Git Hub Actions, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Strong product mindset and ability to balance user experience, technical quality, business value, and delivery speed.
Leadership Expectations

- Set frontend direction and raise the bar for engineering excellence across teams.
