ROLE DESCRIPTION

Our fast-paced agency is looking for a motivated team player to join our roster. As a Client Manager in the Mike Orn State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. As a member of our agency team, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.

You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high‑stress situations calmly.
  • Proactive in problem solving.
  • Self‑motivated and people‑oriented.
  • Post High School Education preferred. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
