Job Overview
Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Andover. Join our thriving practice that includes multiple on‑site specialties and a long tenured and experienced staff.
Practice Details- 14‑provider primary care practice with more than 7 specialists onsite.
- Average 18–22 patient encounters per day.
- 34 patient contact hours per week.
- Low‑intensity call frequency – phone consultation only with first‑tier nurse triage.
- Openings: 8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) – Flexible schedule.
- Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.

- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
- Board Certified/Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
- Licensed or able to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice licensure.
- Able to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges.

The actual rate of pay offered may depend on factors such as FTE, skills, knowledge, education, experience, and market conditions. Our organization values pay equity and considers internal equity when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat‑rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the posted range.
