At GSL Education we are supporting a Special Needs school in Andover who are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full‑time, long‑term basis with the idea of going permanent!

The school provides Education to children KS1‑2 in a mainstream setting.

• Guide SEN students as a Teaching Assistant offering personalised guidance and support.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
• Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.
• Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement effective interventions to address behaviour challenges and promote positive outcomes.

• GCSE’s in Maths and English
• Be available ASAP on a full‑time basis
• Effective communication abilities
• Demonstrated Patience and Empathy along with flexibility and adaptability
