• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child; maintain a clean and organized, fun interactive classroom.
• Develop ability to observe, assess, and plan for children; effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Pay $15.41 – $16.81 hourly; bi‑weekly or daily pay options; based on position, education, and experience.
