Whether you are balancing school, managing another job, or simply looking for rewarding work, this role allows you to make a true difference on your own terms.
Why Choose Personal Care Senior Living?
- Competitive Pay: Earn $20.00/hr

- Customizable Routine: Perfect for students, side-hustlers, or anyone needing a flexible side income.
- Paid Training Provided: We value the right attitude and a heart for service over an extensive resume.
The On-Call Commitment

- 4 shifts per month total.
- 2 of those shifts must be on weekends.
- No forced splitting: Work at Andover, Columbia Heights, or both—it is entirely up to you.
- Unlimited Upside: Pick up as many additional open shifts as you want!
