As a VP Product Agility Lead in CAMP, you will play a pivotal role in championing both the adoption of Agile practices and the ongoing pursuit of performance excellence within portfolio and product. Leveraging your expertise in product development and Agile principles, you will provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to drive measurable improvements in productivity and operational outcomes. As a recognized subject matter expert, you will tackle complex challenges, exercise sound judgment, and make impactful decisions that shape the direction of your sub‑function.

Your leadership, communication, and coaching skills will empower teams to deliver high‑quality solutions efficiently, adapt to evolving priorities, and continuously improve both ways of working and business results.

Job responsibilities
  • Defines and executes product roadmap for the overall portfolio agile vision, work closely with performance lead to prioritize tasks and to achieve product goals in a timely and efficient manner through the utilization of metrics and evidence‑based decisions
  • Drives continuous product planning to align with organization goals and priorities to enhance predictability through effective capacity planning. Coaches and guides teams on outcome‑based planning and prioritization with frequent delivery to improve the objectives
  • Utilizes the metrics effectively to develop and communicate product strengths and areas of improvement
  • Leads and coach teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies, and promote open communication and engagement among team members ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals
  • Uses advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders while communicating organizational impediments to leadership
  • Identifies trends and generate original ideas to contribute to the development of new standards and best practices within the discipline
  • Fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization
  • Collaborates with the Agility Leads and Agility Lead managers and Performance lead to drive change and consistency across the portfolio and beyond
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management
  • Possess advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teams
  • Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptability
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision‑making processes within the domain context
  • Ability to coach, mentor and influence people at various levels
  • Possess an executive presence and ability to coach multiple teams across the product
  • Possess technical and business acumen to work effectively within a cross‑functional Agile team. Business and/or Technology leadership and practical delivery experience required
  • Clear understanding of the value of the 12 Agile principles and being able to influence the product organization and teams to align to those principles
