• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of production equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Collaborate with other production team members to ensure daily production targets are met
• Support efforts to maintain product quality and production efficiency
• Work independently and within a team environment to resolve technical issues quickly and safely

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field (required)

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
