Merchandising Sales Associate

This role involves traveling within an assigned district to perform various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Travel to stores within the district to execute tasks from start to finish, including planograms and resets.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and ensure accurate store layouts and cycle counts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and signage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, uncovering their needs, recommending products, and adding value.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including coverage during peak times.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred.
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to travel, lift, and move merchandise, and operate store equipment.

• Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work may be required.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Work shifts vary, often including long periods of standing, walking, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
