Maintenance Technician

Overview

Maintenance Technician role at Love's Travel Stops involves maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment and assisting the store manager to ensure smooth operations and quick service for customers. No experience? No problem — training will be provided.

• Provide customer-facing service to ensure a positive experience, including assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
• Use various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, refrigeration, plumbing, site inspections, and related duties.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership roles as needed.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction by following company safety policies and procedures.
• Physical ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
