AboutThe Role
As a Residential Door to Door Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport, understanding needs, and effectively communicating value. You will manage your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.
We prioritize your comfort year‑round with perks such as air‑conditioned vehicles, cooling towels, popsicles, chilled water in summer, and beanies, hand warmers, hot cocoa in winter.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing is encouraged; communication, relationship building, and resilience are highly valued.
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus*
Ability to earn $70,000 – $99,000 annually (base + commission). Health benefits, paid training, paid time off, 401K, and more!
What You’ll Do- Sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory.
- Use a company‑owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
- Meet sales targets and attend Kinetic special events to expand your network.
- Participate in a 5‑week Sales Residency program and a one‑week onsite training and coaching event.
- Sales experience.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- A reliable and insured personal vehicle (before receiving company vehicle).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones.
- Self‑motivation and desire for success.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on varied terrain.
- Employees working virtually must maintain a distraction‑free workspace with high‑speed internet of at least 25 Mbps.
- Bi‑lingual in English & Spanish is a plus.
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus
:
Earn a total sign‑on bonus of $5,000 distributed in installments: $1,000 after completing the 5‑week residency, $2,000 at the 6‑month milestone, and the remaining $2,000 after 12 months of service. Offer valid for new employees only and requires good standing.
Standing: 67‑100%. Walking: 34‑66%. Sitting: 0‑33%. Driving Car: 34‑66%. Bending, crouching, pushing‑pulling, carrying, reaching above head, lifting‑lowering, hand actions – vary from occasional to 67‑100% as listed.
