Tractor Operator

Location:

Andrews, TX Position Summary Seeking a dependable and safety-focused Tractor Operator to support field operations in the maintenance of roadsides,right-of-way, pipelines, industrial facilities, and oilfield locations.

This role is responsible for operating tractors and mowing equipment, performing equipment inspections and maintenance, and assisting with general field labor as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate tractors, mowers, and related equipment.
  • Maintain roadsides, rights-of-way, oilfield locations, pipelines, and industrial properties.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including checking fluid levels, greasing equipment, and replacing blades when needed.
  • Load, transport, and unload equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, safety hazards, and property damage.
  • Attend required safety meetings and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain communication with supervisors and team members during field operations.
  • Assist with general labor and field support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience working around oilfield, pipeline, industrial, or construction environments preferred.
  • CDL preferred but not required.
  • Ability to safely operate heavy equipment and use hand tools.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Climb on and off equipment frequently.
  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout the workday.
  • Sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
  • Work on uneven terrain and in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work long shifts and overtime when needed.
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including FRC clothing.
  • Must be available for overtime, weekend work, and short-notice callouts as needed.
