Salary: $12 per hour
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Commitment period: 3 months contract, convertible depends on performance
Location:
Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park
- Provide administrative support to project managers and site teams
- Assist with MOM work pass applications and renewals, ensuring timely submission and compliance
- Perform data entry, filing, and document control
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Assist with procurement and track deliveries
- Maintain proper records and documentation
- General administrative duties and ad hoc tasks
- Prior administrative or construction-related experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Good organisational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible
