Responsibilities
- Consolidate and validate timesheets submitted by employees and contractors.
- Verify billable man‑days/man‑hours and ensure supporting information is accurate and complete.
- Perform billing‑related calculations based on established guidelines and contracts.
- Prepare and generate billing support documents, reports, and client‑specific templates.
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal requirements.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and trackers.
- Perform data entry and data validation activities.
- Follow up with stakeholders on missing or inconsistent information.
- Prepare periodic operational reports and summaries.
- Support process improvement, AI initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned.
- 6 months with options to extend 6 months.
- $2,700 - $3,200
- Mon to Fri: 8:30 am – 6 pm
- Ang Mo Kio
- Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations support, billing administration, or data processing roles. Candidates with no experience but strong analytical skills may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform accurate calculations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in timesheet administration, reporting, data/digitalisation management, AI‑enabled process will be an advantage.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High level of accuracy in data handling.
- Proactive and responsible.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
