Quantity Surveyor (ID8224)

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri: 9AM - 6PM

Salary: $3000-$5000

• Data collection and documentation handling
• Attend and evaluate tender briefings and site surveys
• Study contract documents, perform measurements and timely prepare Bill of Quantities
• Design & Prepare Tender Proposal according to client / project requirement & specification.
• Preparation of tender submission and analysis
• Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement
• Oversee projects from Tender Stage through to Handover, ensuring the documentations is well-prepared.
• Work closely with Project Team in submission of the progress report, progress claim, variation order, final account etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

• Working experience in Singapore’s construction and/or, engineering and/or, security system industry and/or tendering process for M&E works is preferred.
• Proficiency in AUTOCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
