Customer Service Officer

As a Full-Time Frontline Executive, you will have the opportunity to be an ambassador of The Alternative Story (T.A.S.). You will be in charge of engaging customers and providing administrative support to our customers and teachers. You will be the backbone of our centre operations where your traits of being detailed and service-oriented will enable you to excel in what you do.

• Able to manage centre capacity of 100-200 studentsper day(total capacity of around 300), with a team of customer service officers
• Sharp and alert to customers' needs

• Collaborative and willing to go the extra mile
• Holding at least GCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administration (not a requirement but a plus)

Monday - Sunday:
Off
Tuesday: 10.45am to 7.45pm
Wednesday: 10.45am to 7.45pm
Thursday: 10.45am to 7.45pm
Friday: 11.00am - 8.00pm / 1.00pm - 10.00pm
Saturday: 11.45am - 6.30pm

  Ang Mo Kio Central (Djitsun Mall)
• Commitment period of1 year

About The Alternative Story

We are an English and Creative Writing Tuition Centre for Primary School children. Since 2008, our passion has been to make learning come alive in our classrooms. We seek to inspire in our students a proficiency and appreciation for the English language that sets them up for success in academics and in life.

We have grown from a small shophouse operation to our current employee strength of over 60 teachers and support staff. We are actively looking for like-minded individuals to join our team.
