Instructor​/Instructor Associate - Centre for Adults

Job Purpose

• Provide Training Support for Centre For Adults

• Deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.
• Supervise and assist individual, applying coaching, task breakdown, and behavioural support strategies.
• Create visual aids, task analyses, and structured routines to facilitate learning and skill development.
• Collaborate with beneficiaries, families, instructors, Allied Professionals, alumni, and community partners to support holistic care and engagement.
• Maintain programme documentation, progress records, and assist with operational planning and administrative duties.
• Support centre events, community initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, demonstrating flexibility to meet programme and operational needs.

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate, proactive, and creative, with a desire to make a positive community impact.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with clients with special needs.
• Candidate with administrative experience will be advantageous.
