Science Lab Assistant & Admin Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials and apparatus for Science lessons.
• Support the operation and maintenance of Science laboratories and outdoor facilities.
• Conduct stocktaking of Science resources.
• Assist with curating students' artefacts for teachers' reflection.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the School.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent
  , preferably with a Science-related subject.
• Preferably 2 years' relevant administration/operations experience, preferably in a school environment.
• Organised, responsible and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, video and photography.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR.

Duration/

Working hours:

11 months contract (Option to extend another 11 months) Jan 2027 to Dec 2027

For Jan to Nov
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 7:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of
1hr lunch break
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
break
Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays.

For Dec
Service is required once a week, up to a maximum of four times
per month.
Each session will be three hours.
Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays.
The stated hours are estimates. The officer will be paid based on
the actual hours worked.
