System Coordinator (6-Month Contract – Maternity Cover)
Location:
Ang Mo Kio
Salary: $2400 - $2800
Working time: 5 Days
Responsibilities- Provide L1 IT support and troubleshooting.
- Liase with vendors for maintenance of IT equipment and systems.
- Prepare and set up laptops and IT equipment for training, meetings, new hires, and business travel.
- Manage IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Perform monthly hard disk swaps.
- Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle IT purchasing, creating parts in SAP and assist with other ad-hoc IT tasks.
- GCE 'N' Level or above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
