IT Helpdesk

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute IT related Purchase, raise PR, PO, GR and follow up the payment related matters.
• Support1st level office and production IT related request or issue.
• Manage office IT device lifecycle activities such as refresh, replacement, and maintenance of telecommunication and mobile related devices.
• Manage departmental IT‑related accounting in SAP and assist with budget and spending tracking.
• SupportAMK internal and external VIP of any IT related tasks. Create and update IT mobile and telecommunication administration and managing related SOP.
• Vendor Management - Negotiation with vendor and follow up on delivery status.
• Coordinate IT new hire orientation.
• SupportIT team building/Offsite meeting.
• Responsible for IT stationery procurement and allocation.
• Anyother IT related duties assigned by Supervisor.

• At least ITE or Diploma equivalent and above certificate.

• 1-2 years of experience in IT admin especially raise PR using SAP system.
• 1-2 years IT helpdesk basic support experience.
• Basic knowledge of IT office concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, power point and Words
• Proactive learner with good communication skillsand a strong user‑service mindset.
• Able to manage priorities, and support IT colleague in IT office related activities and events.
