- Mon–Thu 8:00am–5:30pm
- Fri 8:00am–5:00pm
- Manage school/student ICT devices (loans, apps, troubleshooting, restoration)
- Supervise Desktop Engineers; assist staff/students with technical support
- Support ICT procurement and liaise with external vendors
- Manage ICT accounts and password resets
- Update the official school website
- Coordinate procurement, installation, and maintenance of AV equipment
- Manage operations and maintenance of the Media Studio
- Conduct quarterly AV stock-takes and report damages/losses
- Help teachers set up and troubleshoot AV equipment
- Provide AV support for events
- Assist Media Club CCA in logistical and technical matters
- Manage and update the TV Messaging System
- Take, edit, and process photos for publications
- Conduct ICT training for students and teachers
- Perform other assigned ICT-related duties
- Diploma in IT or related field
- Team player with good communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with operating and maintaining ICT & AV equipment/applications in a school
- Preferably 3 years' coaching experience in ICT-related programmes
