We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled X-Ray Technologist with Cath Lab experience to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures and ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures
- Prepare procedure room and equipment, instruct patients, and monitor condition throughout procedures
- Perform and assist with imaging and scrub duties for cardiovascular procedures
- Deliver both routine and emergency care during procedures, prioritizing patient safety and comfort
- Participate in orientation and training of new personnel
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement through audits, reporting, and adherence to protocols

Required Skills- Proficient in cardiovascular imaging and interventional radiology techniques
- Strong knowledge of Cath Lab workflows, equipment, and sterile technique
- Familiarity with cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and procedural protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, team-based environment
- Excellent patient communication and comfort management skills
- Competency in scrubbing and assisting on all Cath Lab procedures
- 2+ years of recent Cath Lab or interventional cardiovascular experience strongly preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT (R) and Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license required
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification preferred
