Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Eduro Healthcare

Join our care team to deliver highly skilled, compassionate nursing care to residents in our short‑term, long‑term, and independent living homes.

Job Type: Full‑time
Schedule: Day shift, Night shift, PRN (as needed)

• Provide direct nursing care as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medication, and assist residents with eating, dressing, and bathing.
• Communicate changes in resident behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and documentation.
• Collect specimen samples when needed and prepare residents for transfers or discharge.
• Assist in medical procedures and manage emergency medical situations.

• Valid LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• Completion of orientation and competency evaluation program.
• Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
• Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
• Background check and proof of identity and eligibility for employment within three days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
