- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
- Ensure all parts orders are accurate
- Assist customers to determine necessary parts information such as parts numbers, quantities, sourcing, freight, timelines, etc.
- Assist in all areas of Parts department as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Position Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong Computer skills
- Professional communication skills: verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually to achieve department and company goals
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Outgoing, positive personality
- Self-motivated, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Knowledge of Cat Systems
- Previous experience working in a heavy equipment, parts, or industrial
